ItalianoOBJECTIVES
European Sustainable Energy Cluster partnership for Africa (ESECA) aims at intensifying business network collaboration among European SMEs in the renewable energy and smart grids sectors, in order to develop a joint internationalization strategy with common goals towards Sub-Sahara African markets and a roadmap for implementation facilitating the internationalisation of these SMEs, fostering the collaboration among European and African SMEs. Specific objectives are:
1) Intensify business network collaboration among European SMEs from the renewable energy and electrical power generation, distribution and transmission sectors
■ Foster clusters & SMEs trans-regional cooperation and partnership building
■ Help SMEs identify business and internationalisation opportunities
■ Position SMEs into trans-European consortiums
2) To develop a joint internationalisation strategy plan
■ Develop in depth market reports for target countries
■ Define an internationalisation strategy plan to organise direct and reverse missions
■ Sign Cooperation Agreements with relevant African associations and relevant stakeholders
