ItalianoMore than 80 participants took part to "VIDA Brokerage Event", the international event organized by LE2C in Milan on 12th September as part of the VIDA project.
Supporting resource efficiency in the food value chain through innovation was the main topic of the VIDA International Brokerage Event.
The event was opened by Farbizio Sala (Vice President and Minister for Research, Innovation, University, Export and Internationalization, Regione Lombardia), who explained regional policies for the development of the agri-food chain. The event continued with Andrea Salati Chiodini (President Assofoodtec) explaing innovation trends in the agri--food sector.
After the presentation of the VIDA Project and its first results, an overview of other european funding oportunities for innovative SMEs was provided by H-Farm (National Contac Point of DIVA Project) and Assolombarda.
At the end five companies presented their challenges and solutions for a sunstainable and competitive European food value chain: 3bee, Foodchain, Neoruralehub, Refarmed, Tecnoalimenti.
The event ended with the EUROPA DESK: bilateral meetings between companies and experts, who offered free support about European projects, open calls and research of partnes.
