The Lombardy Energy Cleantech Cluster - LE2C will be among the central figures of the international event Clusters meet Regions, scheduled in Milan on 26 and 27 March 2024.
This event, hosted for the first time in Italy, is organized by the European Cluster Collaboration Platform (ECCP), AFIL – Associazione Fabbrica Italligente Lombardia, LE2C and Regione Lombardia, in collaboration with the other 7 Lombard Technological Clusters. The event "Twin Transition: Italian ecosystems and the European agenda for sustainability", aims to facilitate the exchange of good practices and encourage collaborations between Clusters and local stakeholders.
The Lombard event will be a unique opportunity to explore the dynamics of the ecological and industrial transition, with a particular focus on the role clusters play in promoting the growth of Lombardy's production system.

The program has three key objectives:
- Analyse the effectiveness of policies and strategies for sustainable transition.
- Present innovative models and strategic choices adopted by different Italian and European regions, with tangible examples.
- Foster networking opportunities aimed at promoting interregional collaborations, leveraging the potential of Clusters as catalysts for innovation and development.
OPPORTUNITIES
As well as stimulating discussions and pitching sessions for start-ups and clusters, the event will include a guided tour of the MIND Milano Innovation District, a hub of excellence for innovation and research.
LE2C will star in the "Industrial Sustainability enablers" panel to be held on Wednesday, March 27. Our Innovation Manager, Fabrizio Guarrasi, will illustrate LE2C's initiatives in support of the sustainability of the Lombard production system.
