Carmen Disanto
Carmen Disanto is a leading expert in sustainable energy and innovation. She graduated with a MA in European Policies, has extensive experience in European projects. As Cluster Manager of the Lombardy Energy Cleantech Cluster, she drives initiatives that support the energy transition and decarbonization in Lombardy, fostering collaboration among industry, academia, and government. Under her leadership, the cluster has become a hub for green technology and sustainable development.
Claudia Doria
Junior Project Officer, has a Master's degree in Management and Service Design, Is in charge of partner management, Cluster management support and is responsible for communication and social media.

She has a Master's degree in Product Service System Design at Politecnico di Milano and attended the honours program of the Alta Scuola Politecnica specialising in business innovation, environmental and social impact. Since 2022 she has been part of LE2C, focusing on managing and implementing European projects and facilitating the internationalization of the Cluster’s members.
Desiree Scalia
Senior Project Manager, Has a Bachelor Degree in European Economics, a Master Degree in International Relations and MBA in International Business and Sustainability with a focus on Entrepreneurship. Active in the field of EU projects since 2008; has experience consulting both public and private organizations and in the management of projects and connected activities, such as research, reporting and communication activities; she has been working in projects in the field of training, research and development, environment and circular economy, entrepreneurship both funded by direct and structural funds. She is also trainer in EU project management. She is certified as LEGO® Serious Play® Facilitator (September 2020).
Carlo Brivio
He holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and a Master's degree in Public Policy. He attended an advanced training course in EU project management at the Venice International University. He gained expertise in European transnational cooperation by working abroad at the Interreg Alpine Space Programme based in Salzburg (Austria). He supports the team in the design and implementation of Cluster projects.
Ilaria Esposito
Bachelor's degree in Linguistic and Cultural Mediation at Milan University, Master's degree in Management and Digital Transformation at Milan Bicocca University, currently supports communication activities for the Cluster.
