The Group Companies:

1. Biomet Ambiente S.r.l.
   Renergia owns 100% of Biomet Ambiente S.r.l., which operates a cutting-edge facility for the treatment of the organic fraction of municipal solid waste (FORSU) located in San Rocco al Porto (Lodi). With an annual treatment capacity of 40,000 tons of FORSU and 5,000 tons of clippings and prunings, the facility produces over 3 million cubic meters of biomethane and 10,000 tons of biofertilizer for agriculture.
2. Agrimet S.r.l.
   Fully owned by Renergia, Agrimet S.r.l. is developing a portfolio of biogas plants that are being converted into biomethane production sites. In partnership with agricultural entrepreneurs, Agrimet provides technical expertise and financial resources to support the conversion of these facilities, aiming to establish a sustainable infrastructure for biomethane production.
3. Biomet GNL S.r.l.
   Also fully controlled by Renergia, Biomet GNL S.r.l. plays a pivotal role in the company’s strategy. Based in Belgioioso (Pavia), it owns one of Europe’s few large-scale gas liquefaction facilities. The biomethane produced by the group’s companies—Biomet and Agrimet—is transported through the gas network to this site, where it is cooled to -160 degrees and liquefied. The resulting BioLNG is then distributed via cryogenic tankers to distributors, including one located at the facility, near the Belgioioso Logistic Park.
