Erreditre is an innovative startup and university spin-off that offers companies, businesses, and professionals support services for research and development (R&D) and design in the construction sector. Drawing on the expertise and scientific results of the Construction Technology group at the University of Bergamo, it aims to promote the evolution of construction systems and the enhancement of existing building stock, contributing to the development of safer, more sustainable, and more resilient societies.

Erreditre's activities fall into three main areas:

(R&D)1 – from RESEARCH to DEVELOPMENT: technical and scientific support for businesses and manufacturers in the development and marketing of innovative and sustainable structural solutions.

(R&D)2 – from RESEARCH to DESIGN: scientific support for professionals, public administrations, and real estate managers in the development of incremental projects for the restoration and maintenance of existing buildings that are sustainable, integrated from a structural, energy, and architectural point of view, and designed with Life Cycle Thinking in mind.

(R&D)3 – from RESEARCH to DISSEMINATION: services for the dissemination of a culture of safety, resilience, and sustainability in the construction sector aimed at engineers, technicians, and citizens.

Services:

The activities offered focus in particular on the structural concept of innovative construction solutions, the design and implementation of experimental validation campaigns, and advanced finite element modeling.

Products:

Development and validation of customized calculation applications or software to support the verification of the vulnerability of existing structures and the design of integrated redevelopment interventions, the management of diagnostic campaigns, and dynamic monitoring and identification.
