BlueRe aims to enable access to energy and structural upgrading of buildings in the most vulnerable contexts.

Context

Despite the high impact in terms of emissions, implementing energy efficiency measures in condominiums, due to the very nature of shared ownership, is complicated by the prevalence of conservative or weaker elements. Even the facilitation policies put in place are not as effective as in single ownership buildings. The difficulty increases in contexts with limited spending capacity.

Impact Mission

To make the energy, structural and décor upgrading of the most vulnerable apartment blocks accessible by exploiting available facilities, adopting new technologies and best operating practices, and establishing a long-term relationship with the communities served.
